We had a fantastic dinner right next door, and the area was filled with plenty of good restaurants. It was a great spot for a quick stay, perfect for our layover. Sarah went above and beyond, making arrangements for our late arrival and early taxi ride the next morning.

The smell in the room was overwhelming, making it impossible to breathe!!! A stronger air freshening system might help!!! The thin blanket left the room too cold for comfort!!! Higher quality linens would be appreciated too!!!

Plus, we found delicious local eats at Un Posto Al Sole and Incannucciata that made our taste buds dance. The staff were great too. we had an engaging breakfast with Mara, who was incredibly gracious.

Now for the cheeky critique, I really missed having the ability to brew my own tea and coffee in the room. The lobby vending machine was a bit of a letdown, but overall, the experience still shined!

The lady at the front desk was supposed to give us that welcome drink with the prosecco, but it never showed up. Oh, and when it came time for breakfast, we got a coupon for a local cafe that took me half an hour to find, and you know what? It was just one croissant and a coffee, nothing like advertised. The kids' beds were folding cots with low-quality mattresses. Talk about uncomfortable.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was tolerable, if you like awful experiences.
