We had a fantastic dinner right next door, and the area was filled with plenty of good restaurants. It was a great spot for a quick stay, perfect for our layover. Sarah went above and beyond, making arrangements for our late arrival and early taxi ride the next morning.

The smell in the room was overwhelming, making it impossible to breathe!!! A stronger air freshening system might help!!! The thin blanket left the room too cold for comfort!!! Higher quality linens would be appreciated too!!!

The room had a good quality bed and stylish decor. The hotel lacked an elevator, making luggage handling difficult.

Plus, we found delicious local eats at Un Posto Al Sole and Incannucciata that made our taste buds dance. The staff were great too. we had an engaging breakfast with Mara, who was incredibly gracious.
Now for the cheeky critique, I really missed having the ability to brew my own tea and coffee in the room. The lobby vending machine was a bit of a letdown, but overall, the experience still shined!

The lady at the front desk was supposed to give us that welcome drink with the prosecco, but it never showed up. Oh, and when it came time for breakfast, we got a coupon for a local cafe that took me half an hour to find, and you know what? It was just one croissant and a coffee, nothing like advertised. The kids' beds were folding cots with low-quality mattresses. Talk about uncomfortable.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was tolerable, if you like awful experiences.

The property management responded quickly with check-in details. The room felt inviting—beautiful furnishings and a comfortable bed. I appreciated the lovely location close to seafood restaurants. Sara, our host, kept us informed and made our stay feel special. However, the air conditioning took some time to get cool, and there was a noticeable sewer smell in the room that lingered through the night, affecting our sleep. Breakfast arrangements at a nearby café only offered small sweet options, which could use more variety. A few minor improvements could elevate the experience further.

missingWrote a review on 11 Octcramped room
The room felt cramped, lacking a fridge and coffee facilities as mentioned in the brochure. Breakfast requires a trek to a nearby café, and the voucher is only 3 euros per person. An annoying night lighting system in the floor can't be switched off. The absence of an elevator means hauling luggage up 20 steps. Those needing a bit more ease, especially older travelers, might find this inconvenience particularly grating.

Staying here was memorable for the spacious room and the incredibly comfortable bed, which offered an excellent night's sleep. The staff were exceptionally friendly, providing useful directions to a nearby supermarket and a fantastic pizza restaurant just a short walk away. However, accessing the upper floors with heavy luggage was a challenge due to the lack of an elevator. Additionally, occasional street noise made it a bit disruptive at times, which affected comfort levels during the stay.

The breakfast box was a delightful touch. The room was clean, though it was not quite the luxury depicted in photos. I might consider staying again.

A Disappointing Experience with Uncomfortable Stays
My family and I faced numerous difficulties during our short visit. The lack of an elevator meant struggling with heavy luggage up steep stairs. The bed was uncomfortable with poor-quality linens. We also dealt with street noise at odd hours, which disrupted our sleep. I wouldn't recommend this place.
